While we aim to deliver goods within the specified timeframe, we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for deliveries outside of this period. We rely on third-party carriers for delivery services, so please ensure your delivery address is accurate and your contact phone number is reachable. We do not accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Most of our suppliers are located within the United States, but some items are shipped from abroad to the U.S. Domestic orders typically take 1-3 business days for delivery, while international orders usually take 10-15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or special sales events.
We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, local carrier or transportation strikes, or delays from USPS, DHL, and other logistics companies, nor any additional fees, customs, or back-end charges.
Different countries have different tax policies for specific products, so it's best to check with your local customs office before purchasing. Duties and taxes are often not included in the item price or shipping cost, and it is your responsibility to handle any VAT for your purchases.
But if the product page does not display the tax price, it is the price including tax.
