While we endeavor to deliver goods within the specified timeframe, we cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for deliveries outside of this timeframe. We rely on third party carriers to provide delivery services to our customers, please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and the contact phone number is unobstructed, we do not accept responsibility for out-of-pocket or other costs incurred as a result of failed or delayed deliveries.
Our suppliers are primarily located within the United States, and some items are shipped from abroad to the U.S. Orders within the U.S. take approximately 1-3 business days to complete delivery, and international deliveries take approximately 14-30 business days to complete. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or limited edition sales.

We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays from USPS, DHL and other logistics companies to your country, as well as any additional fees, customs or back-end charges.

Different countries may have different tax policies for specific products and it is best to confirm this with your local customs office prior to purchase. Often, duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item or the cost of shipping, and it is your responsibility to remove all VAT from your purchases.
