Delivery estimates
Delivery time depends on the destination country or region, customs clearance, carrier handoff, and local delivery conditions. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date unless explicitly stated.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after the order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns
If you need help with a return, contact customer support with your order number before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact customer support with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
Return condition
Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging when applicable. Some customized, personalized, hygiene, clearance, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
